Ryan is age fifteen and has been filming for two years, his favorite location to skate is "downtown Miami", he also skateboards riding an "Amaxon" board. He says his gene of music is mostly "rock", and when i asked him what his favorite thing to do on the weekend is... he said "film skatboarding!"





The Skateboard Mag put out an issue in 3D, totally awesome.. the only down fall is the crappy 3D glasses that come with the mag but we plan to grab some from a local movie theater. Seeing skateboard photography in 3D adds a whole other realm to the sports action world and rabid rabbit studio plans on 3D photography to be in our future.

Go Skateboarding Day 2010 - Part 2

So one of Rabid Rabbit Studio's goals for Go Skateboarding Day was to expand the world of skateboarding to those that don't skate on a daily regular basis.  

It was great getting all these people on a board!

Throughout the day, there were.....

              

                              

                                                Girls..............................and..................boys,

                                                Younger skaters..............and..............older skaters,

     

                                                  Filmers.........................and...............photographers,

            

                                                 during the night..............and.........................day.

Earlier in the day, we had gone to the Grove Skatepark snapping a few photos of some new faces.

Go Skateboarding Day 2010 - Part 1

Coconut Grove Skatepark, Downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale Beach, BC Surf + Sport, AND Apollo Skatepark...what a day of skateboarding!  The skaters were out...and so were the cops which only scattered skaters to the next spot.  Unfortunately, a few spots in Miami were roped off like Epic 9 and Brickell so we decided to hit up Fort Lauderdale Beach next.

After the beach, went to BC Surf + Sport to keep celebrating and get some gear.  Then, it was off to Apollo Skatepark to finish the day off with a Best Trick contest.  It was awesome seeing everyone!  There had to have been 60+ skaters in attendance.  Whether watching, skating, filming, cheering, or competing, everyone was enjoying it.  Nothing says more about skateboarding than having a free best trick contest at a free park on Go Skateboarding Day.

You can see Diandre was pretty excited for Go Skateboarding Day.
